Your first order: 10% off everything

Create an account and your first order gets 10% off your entire basket, every brand we carry, no minimum and no exclusions. Use code WELCOME10 at checkout.

After that: 5% off, every time

Code LOYAL5 gives account holders 5% off every brand we carry except Smart Skin by Tranquility, for as long as you shop with us. No expiry, no minimum.

Brands included in the ongoing 5%: Davines, Evo, Filament, KAÏ ORA, Neuma, Olivia Garden, REF Stockholm and Trés Jolie.

Not included: Smart Skin by Tranquility. Every Smart Skin order is formulated, packed and posted by Lori herself, and her margin is thin enough that an ongoing discount would come out of her end rather than ours. We would rather pay her properly than shave her margin every order. Your first-order 10% still applies to Smart Skin in full.

Shipping

Shipping is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout before you pay. We do not bundle it into the price of the product or pretend it is free.

A few details

• One code per order. Codes do not stack, so if your basket mixes brands, use the one that saves you more.
• The first-order 10% is one use per customer.
• If someone gave you a personal code, use that instead on your first order. It is 10% and it works across everything.
