Shipping policy

Domestic shipping, United States
Standard domestic shipping is $10, or free on orders of $75 and up. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipment. Delivery times vary by carrier and location after processing.

International shipping
International orders ship via DHL or USPS at calculated rates shown at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Rest of World
For destinations outside our standard international shipping zones, a flat rate of $25 applies.

Order tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

CBD product shipping restrictions
CBD products are not shipped to states or countries where hemp derived CBD is restricted or illegal. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that CBD products are legal to receive at the destination address before ordering. Orders that cannot legally ship will be cancelled and refunded.

Customs and duties
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by the destination country. These are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Lost or stolen packages
Förbina is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us at hello@forbina.co and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional fees may apply for address corrections after an order has shipped.
