Förbina wants you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Eligible for return
Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
Not eligible for return
- Opened or used beauty, skincare, or wellness products, for hygiene reasons
- CBD products of any kind, once opened
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items, marked as such at time of purchase
CBD products
Due to FDA regulations on ingestible and topical CBD products, all CBD items are final sale once opened. Unopened CBD products may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the same terms as above.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@forbina.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, at our discretion.
How to request a return
Email hello@forbina.co with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or a brand partner's part.
Fulfillment by brand partners
Some products sold on forbina.co are fulfilled directly by our brand partners rather than Förbina. This policy applies uniformly regardless of who fulfills your order.
